Patricia, 2026

In 2026, the Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership (KBSP) published a joint Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR)/Domestic Abuse Related Death Review (DARDR), formerly known as a Domestic Homicide Review (DHR). The review was commissioned following the death of Patricia (not their real name).

The KBSP extends their sympathy to Patricia’s family, friends and anyone affected by Patricia’s death, and also thank those who have contributed to the review.
