Are you OK?

Many people’s lives have been affected by the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak and this has placed a huge burden on their mental and physical health. Remember to check in with loved ones during this difficult time. You don’t need to be an expert to reach out, ask them if they are ok and help them to get the right support, if needed.

Visit the Are you OK? campaign page for advice on how to ask, and links to the support that is available in Bristol.
