The Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership has today (02nd April 2025) published a Domestic Homicide Review which was commissioned following the suicide of Steve (pseudonym) in April 2021. The Partnership wishes to extend their sympathy to Steve’s family, friends and anyone affected by Steve’s death, and also thank those who have contributed to this review.
