The Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership has today (27th January 2025) published a Domestic Homicide Review which was commissioned following the suicide of Charlotte (pseudonym) in March 2022. The Partnership wishes to extend their sympathy to Charlotte’s family, friends and anyone affected by Charlotte’s death, and also thank those who have contributed to this review.
