The Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership has today, 10th March 2022, published a Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) Professionals' Briefing for Nicki* who tragically died as a result of suicide in 2017. Nicki was in a relationship with Jack* for the six months prior to her death. After her death, information came to light that suggested Nicki may have been a victim of domestic abuse in this relationship, however this was never confirmed. Nicki had very limited contact with agencies throughout her life.
